Once on-board, we’ll waste no time. Keeping the set-up stages to a minimum, we’ll get to know your business, the principals and principles, the market and the context in which you operate.

We’ll get under the skin of your company, to establish an effective information flow, making dialogue two-way and reporting effective, be it daily, weekly and/or monthly.

Personal
During the first couple of months, your TAS financial controller will be on-site at least once a week. This can, of course, be ongoing if required.
