Won’t I lose control, if I’m not the one paying the bills, placing money on deposit and so on?
No. Quite the opposite. The financial control you have over your business is actually enhanced. You’ll have access to our specialist on-line accounting software, saving you the cost of such an investment, and keeping you totally in the picture.

Won’t it slow down my decision making if TAS are keeping the books and I have to refer to you each time when I want to know where money is, what balances are and so on?

Our reports will be up to the minute and presented in a clear, concise and constructive manner, right across the accounting disciplines. Rest assured we’ll provide accurate, timely information and advice, with the right analysis of the right information.

How do we communicate?
During the first couple of months, your TAS financial controller will be on-site at least once a week.
Thereafter, we’re only a call or e-mail away from your office. And if required regular status meetings can be arranged as well as, of course, we will make ourselves available for any extraordinary meetings.
And throughout, you’ll always be in the well qualified and capable hands of TAS principals for all functions of our full-service outsourcing offering.

I spend so much time chasing or being chased by suppliers and customers with regard to payments. How can TAS help?
As our name implies we can take total responsibility for this if you wish. Either you can as a ‘post office’ and filter bills received or sent, forwarding those that need attention to TAS. Or we can be presented as your Accountancy Department where suppliers and customers can contact us directly about these issues.

With our comprehensive service you are totally absolved of these often onerous tasks. We will deal with all, in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.

How will you know how we prefer to do things?
At TAS we take the time to get to know you, your business and the context in which you operate. If you have certain preferences we will incorporate these into the financial management procedures we set-up for your company. If, however, we feel there is a better way of doing things, we’ll not shy away from recommending an alternative approach.

Do I always have to accept your advice?
We like to think that this is how we add even more value to your business and what you’ll happily pay us for. But we will, of course, always bow to your wishes should we reach an impass.

Is my contract with TAS for a fixed term?
We will recommend a period of consultation, according to your business needs and our desire to meet them. Naturally, we’d like to forge the longest possible business relationship, but we’ll provide for exit options for both parties should the arrangement not go as expected.

How much will it cost?
